It is with much enthusiasm that I am writing to recommend the services of DYTRONIX.
DYTRONIX has been providing services for Pacific Mall Toronto, the Largest Asian Indoor Shopping Mall in North America, located at 4300 Steeles Avenue East, Markham, Ontario for the past eight (8) years as the sole Company that manages and oversees the WiFi System on all three (3) Levels in the Mall. In Addition, DYTRONIX also acts as liaison between our Internet Service Provider and the Mall among other services. They maintained a good business relationship with us and have outstanding service worthiness. DYTRONIX was highly recommended to us by a Large Real Estate Corporation that established since 1980. They are thorough but also professional, friendly and easy to work with; and always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and respond to questions promptly. On behalf of Pacific Mall, we feel that they have been handling their obligations in a professional and fulfilling manner. DYTRONIX keeps themselves at the forefront of technology which gives them a clear vision and sense of up-and-coming technologies. DYTRONIX has become an indispensable part of our Mall and they are our Technology Partner.
On an individual level as the Media, Promotions, Marketing & Sales Manager at Pacific Mall, and on behalf of Y.R.C.C. #890 (Pacific mall), Ken Pak, I.T. Consultant and Project Manager, is a person who likes jobs well done. He invariably understands exactly what is takes to ensure the efficiency of large-scale projects; and all staff members of DYTRONIX that I have come into contact with over the years were competent and knowledgeable individuals, and can efficiently multitask. Thus far the performances of DYTRONIX have been exemplary.
